Information, Hiking Maps, and Tips

On the first floor, in the entrance area, you’ll find all the information regarding excursions, leisure activities, restaurants, hiking maps, and much more. Additionally, towels and bed linen are available in the chest of drawers in case they need to be changed earlier than planned for urgent reasons.

Swimming Pool & Garden

The well-maintained garden with comfortable sun loungers and a swimming pool with a whirlpool function is available to all guests from 07:00 in the morning until 20:00 in the evening. In the months of July and August, the pool can be used until 22:00.

Wine Cellar

You are welcome to use our wine cellar for a private celebration or a cozy evening at no cost. Additionally, you can bring your own drinks and food.

Bread Delivery Service

Upon request, Helga will deliver a delicious breakfast box with fresh bread and croissants directly to your doorstep.

Bicycles

You can securely park your bicycles or ski equipment in the house's cellar. Upon request, we offer a bike rental in collaboration with our partner SSBike Lana.

Pets

Although we love animals, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at Ardesia.

Shuttle Service

We are happy to pick you up from the train station in Bozen, Meran, or Burgstall and drop you back off upon departure. Please inform us in advance if you wish to avail yourself of this free service.

General Terms and Conditions

  • For the final cleaning, we charge €45 per apartment. 
  • We also offer interim cleanings upon request.v
  • Local tax: €1.90 per person per night (for guests aged 14 and older) 
  • Deposit: €300

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid upon confirmation. There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. However, we offer the following cancellation conditions:

  • Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival
  • 50% of the agreed total price will be charged for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival
  • 80% of the agreed total price will be charged for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival
  • 100% of the agreed total price will be charged for cancellations within 14 days before arrival

In case of the guest's non-appearance ("no-show") or in case of delayed arrival or early departure, the final payment for the entire booking period is due in full.

COVID-19:    Should arrival be impossible due to official regulations regarding Covid-19, you can cancel your booking free of charge at any time.

To save costs and secure yourself, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
